【紙芝居】
チリンチリンと鐘を鳴らしながら紙芝居のおじさんがやってきた。
おじさんから水飴やせんべいを買った友達は真ん前の特等席で見てるけど、
小遣いが足りない僕は後ろで背伸びしながら見てました。
少女のセリフを高い声色で話すおじさんに少し笑ってしまいました。

The kamishibai man came on stage, ringing his bell.
My friends, who had bought some starch syrup and rice crackers from the man, watched from special seats right in front,
but I didn't have enough pocket money, so I had to stand on tiptoes in the back to watch.
I couldn't help but laugh a little when the man spoke the girl's lines in a high-pitched voice.
